How Do I Report a Bug or Issue?

To report a bug or an issue that you are experiencing with your website, select the "? Help" tab located in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

• Provide your name, email and the subject of your submission.
• Choose a topic; your inquiry will be directed to an appropriate department.
• Provide as much information about the problem as you can in the details section. This will help our team to address and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• A team representative will be in touch with you as soon as the issue is resolved.
