Add Auto Responder

Auto Responders can be added to web forms. These send reply emails to the individual who submitted the form. Administrators can customize the subject and message field for the email. 

Access the form manager, via Tools>Forms. Then, on the left side, select the form to you wish to apply the responder to.

  1. In the right panel, click the Add an action button.
  2. Choose Auto Responder.
  3. Click into the Email Field and select from the drop-down, the email field that you created.
  4. Your form must have a field, whether it a be a Short Text or Email field, that will collect an email address. This field needs to be set as required, so that the auto responder has an email address to send to. 

  5. Enter the email's Subject.
  6. Enter the email's Message.
  7. Click All Done.
  8. Save Form.
