Why Am I Not Receiving Form Notification Emails?
If you notice that you are not receiving emails from your website to notify you of newly submitted web forms, please do the following:
- Check your spam folder. Sometimes 'no-reply@' email addresses are filtered from your inbox.
- If you do locate it in your spam folder, mark it as not spam, or add the sender to your contacts list.
- Add "firstname.lastname@example.org" as a contact.
- Check your email settings to make sure the email address (email@example.com) is not blocked. If so, unblock it.
If none of these solutions work, please contact your company's IT department for additional assistance. For the time being, you can always view the submissions within the admin panel of the website, or enter another email address for receipt of notifications until the issue can be resolved.
